TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me in any type of artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

► Minors do not interact
► Strictly no refunds! Unless I am unable to do your commission.
► I have the right to decline your commission.
► You can decline before I start handling your commission.

Will draw:

► Bara Furries (my specialty)
► Original Characters (OC's)
► Fanart

Won't draw:

► Fetish Art
► Underage characters
► Real people
► Gore
► Incest
► Beastiality
► Depictions of Heavy Violence / Dubious Consent / Rape

Payment:

► Payment upfront via Paypal (invoice).
► Full payment is needed after sending the rough sketch.
► Payment will be securing your slot.
► Complexity fees may vary.
► First 3 revisions are free. Flat rate for further revisions is $8.
► Rush Orders are +50% (1-3 days completion)

Process:

► Fill out and send the form of your commission.
► Working time is 1-3 weeks depending on your slot. Expect additional time.
► First-come, first-served.
► Sketches & references of your ideas are highly appreciated.

► Personal use only. Commercial usage is not allowed.
► You can ask for your commission to be removed if you don't want it to be shown. I'm permitted to use the artwork as a portfolio on my social media pages.
► Reproducing, modifying, or tracing the commissioned artwork in any form is not allowed.
► You can publish, use, promote your commissioned artwork as long proper credit is given to the artist.
► You need to Pay the extra fees if you are going to use the artwork for Commercial Use (E.g Youtube, Twitch, etc as thumbnails, Promotional advertisements, Merchandise, Game Assets, etc.)
► Please do not use the commissioned artwork for NFT or otherwise you will be blacklisted
