TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me in any type of artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

► Minors may not interact or commission.
► No refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission.
► I reserve the right to decline any commission.
► You may cancel before I start working on your commission.

Will draw:

► Bara Furries (my specialty)
► Original Characters (OC's)
► Fanart

Won't draw:

► Fetish Art
► Underage characters
► Real people
► Gore
► Incest
► Beastiality
► Depictions of Heavy Violence / Dubious Consent / Rape

Payment:

► Payment upfront via Paypal (invoice).
► Full payment is needed after sending the rough sketch.
► Payment will be securing your slot.
► Complexity fees may vary.
► First 3 revisions are free. Flat rate for further revisions is $8.
► Rush Orders are +50% (1-3 days completion)

Process:

► Fill out and send the form of your commission.
► Working time is 1-3 weeks depending on your slot. Expect additional time.
► First-come, first-served.
► Sketches & references of your ideas are highly appreciated.

► Personal use only. Commercial use is not allowed.► You may request that your commission not be publicly shown, but I may use the artwork in my portfolio and on my social media.► Reproducing, editing, or tracing the commissioned artwork in any form is not allowed.► You may post or promote your commissioned artwork as long as proper credit is given.► Commercial use requires an additional fee (e.g., YouTube/Twitch thumbnails, advertisements, merchandise, game assets, etc.).► NFT use is strictly prohibited. Violators will be blacklisted.► The commissioned artwork may not be used for generative AI training, datasets, or machine learning. Unauthorized use will require additional compensation and may result in blacklisting.
